Whats up with MyTrickRC?

Hi guys!

i ordered some lighting kit last thursday from MyTrickRC website, but the order's been sitting in "processing" since.

I've tried an email yesturday, calling them yesturday and today but no answer and voicebox was full?

I'm just curious if anyone knows whats going on; like maybe there was some major RC event that they shut down for the week for or something *shrugg*

THe last post i saw of theirs was on FB i think end of july sooooo i figured they must either be really busy, or somehow my communication aint gettin' to them?

omg thankyou so much, i dunno why i didnt see that!!!!!!! arghhhhh i was up and down the website looking for any info about delays and it was right there in front of me ugh. much appreciated and apologies for my ignorance

Yeah. I've traded some emails with Dan with some lag between each back and forth. He mentioned summer holidays as part of it. I'm waiting to hear back from him/them on a missing item on an recent order.

Part of me hopes they are just working through a backlog, and the business is going well... but I also would like to hear about where my part is

i had quicker response thru their facebook messenger. I'm guessing a good chunk of staff went on summer vacation.
