3800kv is going to make that thing a rocket! Some people like it, some don't.

With a heavy tube bed and body, she will be prone to rolling over.

Looks like you are set to get rolling minus the battery and pinion... I cannot remember if my RBK came with a pinion 11t is as small as you can go with the stock spur, and 13t is stock.
