The rear suspension is very stiff, so I ordered the soft springs from Gmade. Hopefully that will be a bit better.

I think I can fix the fender hitting the front tire by 3d printing some pieces to hold the body out a bit. If you look in the 2nd picture, along the slider, the body seems to taper in. If it didn't do that, the tire wouldnt hit the body. I plan to fix that maybe tonight.

I originally wanted to build a flat bed for it, but Idk if thats going to work out since the rear suspension comes up so high. Still a possibility.

Doesn't the BOM have the cantilever rear suspension?

Yes, it does. What I meant is the tires come up quite far past the frame rails. I think I have a design that will work with some wheel arches. I am going to try to make it out of aluminum as well.
