|  how to identify chassis manufactorer
The title sums it up. I purchased a frame/motor/electronics basically the entire truck minus a body. But i cant seem to find any identifying marks any where to distinguish it from an Axial or Traxxas etc. I wouldn't really care but its a guessing game when looking for parts such as axles etc. Is there a way i can tell who make this chassis? Axial frame rails, SCX10, SCX10ii, will say Axial or have the Axial logo on them, or both. Traxxas frame rails for the TRX4 will say Traxxas on them. I have a couple of other manufacturers frame rails that don't have any identifying info on them. Now, if the rails have been re-painted/powdercoated then there won't be any identifying info visible. You say everything is there except the body so motor, ESC, servo, receiver name/manufacturer might shed some light on subject. As Kingmeow says, post up some pictures and someone here is bound to know the manufacturer. |

the chassie dosent break all that often so you dont realy need to know who made it but the axles and.transmission would be vary nice to know who made those so you could get parts for them
