Default SSD 8 hole and landmine's

So i just got my landmines and SSD 8 holes in and I cannot for the actual life of me, get the face of the wheel to connect with the back even with a good amount of force, its like it hits some sort of mechanical limit. I don't have longer screws to try but I hear how easy SSD wheels are so I feel I am missing something.

Rear goes in fine, front rests on the lip but will go no further.

Thoughts?

DO some wheels just not work with some tires?

Also sorry for the giant pic

The other SSDs are the easy ones. You happened to pick the hard ones, I have them in chrome.

You should have gotten one or two longer starter screws. The long ones make it easier to start. Ounce you get so you can get the shorter ones in take out the long ones.

My SSD 1.9 beadlocks worked super easy with the canyon trail tires and PL hyrax. I didn't even need longer screws. I found an old pill bottle top I could set the Rim down on and push against while getting the first 2 screws started.

LOL....won't be your first, won't be your last. You'll end up with a collection of extras over the years.

While this probably won't have your little bolt in it, it's a great kit to have in the shop next time you order through Amazon. Gone to it many times of the past few months.
