Default Integy 55t break in?

I did a search and coukdnt find waht i was looking for. Is there any breakin required for the integy motors? If so what?

You don't need to break it in, but you might want to true the comm and put some trinity purple springs on it, it will help these motors perform better.

This is the comm:



Chances are good that your lhs has a lathe and can true the comm for you. Trueing the comm makes it as straight and round as possible for optimum contact with the brushes (they can possibly be tapered or out of round brand new out of the bag)
While you're there, get some good quality brushes and heavy springs, too.
