| NOOB to crawling looking to get into it
hey guys im new into RC crawling i hear that the WK is the best to start with i need suggestions! please help :-) .....im thinking about buying a WK then i need to know what to do after that please help..

Yes, it's a very good crawler.I did a few cheap mods, of Maximizer diff lockers, re-shimming the diffs, I took the springs and the sway bar off the rear, then with the shocks I changed them to diff. mounts and got the center higher and a better crawler. Also what you might want to do is buy some lead weights and stick them to the front to weigh it down and stick them low so you get your center of.

first thing i did was 65 turn motor, traxxass 102 mm links on bottom turn the shocks around on the towwers to the back, 96 tooth spur gear and 12 tooth pinion gear on the motor, clipped half an inch off the front springs and hot glued the diffs.... thing went really good

Sofar all I've done is regear it, sillyputty the diffs, and turn it backwords. I haven't even stretched it or swapped tires and it works extremely well for about 90% of what I'm running on.
