Default Novak brushless crawler motor question

Novak's #3418 and #3419 Crawler Brushless Motors... Are these inrunners or outrunners? And what is "Sintered" rotor? Does having this unique rotor makes it difficult to categorize the motor either inrunner or outrunner?

Thank you in advance for your xpert advice.

Nope, the rotor itself makes it an inrunner because it has a rotor and it spins within the can. An outrunner the can spins around a stator.
