Hey guys i have the Integy 55t lathe motor do i have to souter any capacitors on this motor or anything? or do i just hook the positive and negative up and be done with it? thanks

Does the manual say anything about having to solder on caps? I say try it without and see what happens. The worst that could happen is you get some glitching. Caps can easily be added later.

Kool im gonna try that and see there werent really any instructions with the motor so im guessin not. i just figured with as many people that use the integy 55t lathe motor someone would know:P

its always better to be safe than sorry so i would put them on. it wont hurt to have them on even if you dont need them so take the time up front and git-r-done! |
