Sorry to ask a dumb question, I am not even sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes.

What does it mean to have a star and how do you get one? I remember seeing something a while ago about stars, but I don't remember where or what it said. I did a couple of searches in the forums and the FAQ section but couldn't find anything.

In the Wheely King forum there is a giveaway that is open to "star holding members only". That is what got me searching.
