Default shock questions

how do you all mount the top of your shock to its mount, i know some use fuel tubing and such but is there more ways out there??

could you posts pics of your setups eg; top and bottom shock mounts??

I used 3/16" nylon spacer at hardware store and cut down to what I want. lot stronger so when you have to sand witch between something you don't stress any other parts (plastic)

I just use the included "ball joint". I'm running stock WK shocks, but most after market shocks I've seen have them too. like these:

I don't get the advantage or reason for using fuel tubing or nylon spacers. Can someone explain?
