Default Outrunner vs Std motor???

HI, what is the difference between outrunner motor and a standard motor and i want to know if the outrunner is compatible with standard esc?

THe outrunner is a brushless motor and is not compatible with a standard ESC (if by standard you mean brushed). You need a brushless ESC. Outrunners have more power for their size and spin slower and put out more torque than a regular motor of their size.
