Default Toyota/F350 Hilux High Lift trucks have plastic or metal chassis?

For the life of me I'm not finding any pictures of the Toyota or F350 Hilux High Lift trucks without the body. Wondering if the chassis is made of plastic or metal?

Thinking about building a scale 1.9 rig using a Silverado body from the Dale Earnhardt SS toy from walmart. Wondering if the Silverado body would be a fairly close fit to the high lift chassis? Might be cheaper to just buy the high lift and the body than to build a kit from scratch....

any input please?

the f350 and the new hilux both use the same metal chassis, im not sureabout fitment, search around for wheelbases of the body and the truck. oh and you'd probably be best off just buying a whole kit
