Default Anyone use this chassis off ebay?

Found this chassis on ebay. Curious if anyone here has any experience with this guys chassis?

How can he claim a wheelbase if there are no links included? He "lives" the chassis? WTF does that mean? "Some drilling required".... Shit... you have to drill every hole you'd need.
