Default Getting an ax-10 for Xmas

Hey guys I have built a couple of scalers from scratch and I am pretty sure my wife is getting me an ax-10 for Xmas.

I know I wont be able to leave it stock, so

My question is, has anyone put a r2 trans in one, and is there a need to ?

I will be making mine into a international harvester scout.

I haven't seen too many done to scale so if you guys could point me to some I would greatly appreciate it.

Yes. And no. Not in my opinion, but it's a cool tool to have.

A few guys have, search around in the Axial forum.

Ive been searching for about an hour now, and I cant find anything.

Maybe I will be one of the first to do a nice customization and convert to more scalish ax-10
