Default New AX-10 owner questions

Ok I have come to the conclusion my ax-10 sits to high for my taste. Whats a good way to lower to about a half inch? I dont really want to cut the springs.

When I climb something head on and only one tire is climbing it the other tire will raise off the ground and after I get onto or over the obstacle it will finally hit ground or sometimes it will stay lifted in the air, what causes this? It also lift the front right off the ground when i floor it.

Thanks for your help.

bigblazer: How's he supposed to search for "torque twist" or what ever you might call it, if he does not know what it is????!!! I'm sure you knew how to search for everything when you first started!

Trimmy: yes one can and should search for info but I understand you can't always know how or what to ask.

Ride: cut a piece of nito fuel tubing and install under the piston inside the shock (yes you'll have to rebuild them)..

Torque twist: (when right wheel lifts under excel) easiest thing to do is place more pre-load spacers on the shock; or go to a heavier spring and thicker oil on the left rear shock. This will limit the amount of twist. Good luck!!

ok cato, i guess i was the same way when i first started on this site. my stock wk has tons of tourqe twist and its annoying when going uphill because it makes your truck turn if you accelerate from a dead stop.
