Default maybe my ESC

i have a wheely king modified up pretty nicley and running a 55 turn integy motor with the stock esc, i have a 6 cell 4200 intellect stick pack ...i can put the car against a wall and it will not climb it at all....i can climb it at a angle but if i try to climb my wall straight ahead it just sits there as if the battery is dead or to much power is trying to go through the ESC or somthing ?..i figured if i give it all the gas it has it should spin up it but instead it will move like 1" up the wall then cut off..ive tried 2 different motors so i know the motor isnt the problem

It could very well be the ESC. It takes a lot of grunt to go straight up a wall since the rear tires are trying to push forward at a faster rate than the fronts climb.

What pinion and spur gear are using??

If you have a large reduction, the crawler can't climb the wall because the motor not have enought torque

I don't the axle's reduction, but if it is similar with TLT axles and pede tranny, i think, that this reduction is a bit longer.

I use in my TLT 14/86 and 65T and if the situation required a lot of torque the motor can't move the wheels

How long have you been using the 55 turn? Maybe its time for a rebuild. It really doesn't take long for a motor to need its com turned and new brushes. Check how long the brush is compared to a new motor. If its quite a bit shorter you have your culprit.

the wheelie king tranny has a slipper clutch in it , you have to lock it ,it makes a big difference,

my ax10 will do that with ease

mamba 25
b9 bl
1500 x8 x 2/3 saddle pk
spectrum 3

it flips over w/speed and lands upright

also i have a couple of wheely king setups that will climb straight up and flip upsidedown but not as fast

wx axles
r2 trans
stock wk esc/transmiter/rx
3600 stick pk sub c
55t

wk axles
wk trans locked
stock wk esc/transmiter/rx
3800 stick pk sub c
55t

ckeck everything batt voltage, the trans clicks when slipping, connections

good luck

You really need to be more specific. Does the truck just drive to the wall and then go silent? Does the motor make a straining noise? Do you hear a POP POP POP when you hit the wall?
