Default My Slash wheel/tire upgrade

Well, I had a set of narrowed Masher 2000s mounted on a set of narrowed RPM wheels, so I figured, why not?

Here's what it looks like. A little bit of body lift, bringing the bottom of the body sides in line with the nerf bars is perfect:

Since this is a crawler website, had to show a flex shot!

I'll be racing mine this winter in an open 2WD class and decided to see what mine would do brushless of course an a set of Flat Irons. Lots of traction in the short grass and weeds. But for racing I'm going with dirt works in the rear and ribbed truck in the front.

Looks good but I'd be afraid they'd blow apart with brushless.... but I like the looks. Very meaty, like a desert mud racer.... if there was mud in the desert.

It's not really a 1/10th scale. If you were to do a size comparison it's as big as an 1/8th scale 4WD buggy but built very light. It dwarfs my AE B4.

I haven't run it with these yet. I agree, it will probably roll under bad, thought they do have some pretty still foam in them.

I thought it was pretty funny too. Flexed more than I thought it would though. All 4 tires were still on the ground.

Yes, I just took out a Losi Xceleron brushless system, and am putting a Mamba Max system in it's place.
