I don't know if a tire designed for a 25 pound 1/5 scale will do very well with a relatively light crawler, even a super class crawler will probably not have enough weight to really get those to stick all that great. Does anyone even make a 24mm hub for crawlers?

o im sorry, i meant on my 5T(hence me posting in non crawler section). my stock rears are toast. and i like the more solid lug of these for durability. there 10mm wider than stock. so there gonna bow outa bit on stock 5T rims. but if you buy the proline wheels to match they are the correct width. but the proline wheels also have a 10mm more offset and i dont want that, it will kill the scale looks. (but be more stable and better performer im sure)

Ooops, guess I should read the forum header, my bad I do like those myself for the large scale, just don't really know what Proline was doing when they decided to change all the offsets. I personally thing they didn't do a whole lot of research on the matter, but oh well, I am sure that a company like Proline has a very good legitimate reasons. I use so much of their products I should buy stock in the company.

I saw those the other night, while looking for my 5T parts, The description says it fits their wheel, and doesn't list stock wheels, So I'm wondering if they will fit either a the 5t or B stock wheel. or will it be like proline and their 40 series wheels and tires.. I'd hate to have to shell out extra cash to buy a new beadlock wheel that only runs 1 type of tire.. "Using Desperado 5T conversion wheels part # 2707-01 (chrome) or 2707-03 (black) front and rear, you’re able to use the Excavator tire front and rear on your new Pro-Line 5T conversion."

YES they fit both stock 5b and 5t stock beadlocks, but they are 10mm wider than a stock 5t tire so they bow out a bit on the 5t. on the 5b they are the same width, but the height of a 5T tire. thats not confusing at all is it? | |
