diff troubles

i have a traxxas 4 tec i have held onto for a few years, i don't have much experience with touring cars, and this one has had the crap beat out of it, so far all i have done is, ripped a rear bulkhead where teh a arm attaches, anyway the problem i seem to be having now, is when i rotate one tire on the front the 2 rears spin but the other front does nothing. the back acts normally. any ideas on what could be wrong with teh front. also when the car is in motion all 4 wheels spin.

sounds like the diff is working.

if you hold the rear tires so they wont spin and spin the front does the other wheel spin the opposite way?

yes, the rear does that without holding the front. that was what had me worried. i am surprised the thing still works as good as it does.
