Default offroad tt/prerunner ideas

ok i have some ideas bouncing around in my head and i can't afford to take them all on, so i thought i would share some to see if they draw any interest. right now i am waiting on a rusty from a member on here, to begin a simple 2wd sc8 conversion. i am getting a custum cnc chassis made possibly by FLM that will stretch the wheelbase out to fit the much more appealing sc8 body. the added length sould give more realistic handeling and hey the sc8 doen't look goofy like the slash.

but another idea i had was that maybe someone could take a 1/8 truck body like a chevy or ford and graft slash quarter panels or something similar to create a more scale looking prerunner. or possibly even make actual fiberglass fenders for something like the hpi bronco body. i have had a couple slashes and they are awsome but they look kinda weird. anyone up to the challenge?

honestly i absolutely hate the ttr pro2. it is hidieous, is too complicated and i don't think it will be half as good as the slash. i am going to eventually build a solid axle sc8 pro-2wd. i need to finnish up the 1.9 i have going and find the funding. the rusty sc8 is going to do for now and will be more reliable anyway. thanks though
