Tamiya Sand Scorcher-Pictures from Nurenberg Toy Fair-
 

Was in Nurenberg at the Toy Fair last week-visited the Tamiya booth-they had a full size Sand Scorcher there right next to the kit. The booth was looking sweeeet!!!

I can't wait any longer, need one now!!! Any one have more pics or video of the 1:1?

Any word on release date of the full scale?:mrgreen: I've always wanted a Sand Scorcher.

I had one of those I bought new in 1984.
Raced it for two years locally in HS.

Pulled it out and sold it two years ago to get back into RC.
Before I let it go, charged up the 25yr hold nicds and took it for a few runs!

Awesome pics. Was a great fair in general. Lots of stuff to see. Was there for the whole week.

We spend so much time making our vehicles look like the real thing that it's really amusing to see the real thing made to look like an R/C.

Really Cool "thumbsup""thumbsup". Did a bunch of double takes, lol. Scorcher was my first rc also. If I only knew how much they would be worth today back then, I think I would of been a little easier on it and then not scrapped it for parts later, lol. Got my preorder in with RPP "thumbsup". Time to relive some memories.

That looks fresh and probably hasnt set foot on a grain of sand ever. Can't wait till I get my scorcher
