| aeromax pikes peak race truck #148
hey guys heres the truck i handed over to rc driver. i dont have any more pictures as i didnt even have time to breath , i had a time line of about 3 days to work on it. im not complaining but i wish i had more time as i would of done it with a different body. the knight hauler/aeromax hybrid would of been alot nicer i shorten the chassis, lowered the tranny and made it a day cab whats not pictures is that i cut the rear window out, sand and primed it if rcdriver follows though with what they told me what there going to do with it, it will be one hell of a race truck. everybody should be looking for this build in a future issue |

Nice! I live in Colorado Springs and these are my favorite things to watch run the Peak. It takes a certain kind of crazy to drift a semi on a road with a 900 foot drop. Interested to see this.

| Love your builds
I can count on your builds being informative and impressive. I am not sure where i read the thread but it was asking about this kind of build. With no experience as of yet (hopefully very soon) with these trucks I was not sure what to think but the mention of top heavy being the issue the lowering of the tranny or flipping the tranny so the motor was the lowest to reduce top end weight. Thanks for keeping me entertained. |

Well count me in. Interested to see how your going to deal with the top heavy nature i have read about. Once I get my hands on my first semi build I think I might have to try my hands at this kinda build myself. Good thing there is an expert leading the way. |

Nice rig! Whats rc driver doing? Heard horror stories of people that have sent their rigs to mags only to get em returned hammered |

As you stated. Hard to talk about. I am stuck on the thought that that seemed like such a good thing. But bothered by your response to the out come. Sorry to hear it turned out so bad. |
