traxxas villian IV

I just picked up a villian IV I believe... It looks to be brand new (never painted, no decals etc.), I found it from a guy that buys storage lockers for $25..00

I know nothing about boats, but I'd like to spend a little to get this thing decently worthy.... brushless, 2.4ghz, watercooled, lipo, etc.....

can any of ya'll point me in the right direction... I know offshoreelectrics, but I am awaiting validation of account so I figured I could start here...

1. where should I start? this thing is bone stock.

2. can I run dual vxl systems? or do I need something specifically for a boat?

3. if I wanted to go single prop, how would I go about this?

I am not looking for the fastest boat by any means, just something fun and reliable to bash around with.... a learning experience persay
