pictures of more tube work added a hood piece and wind shield post....

added rear brace going to the rear bumper frame work to stiffen it up....

waiting until I get my bottom tube work done before I braze both rear joints up to lock top and bottom framed together

from the rear look....

viewed from above through roof....

the two front posts are not as complicated as the rear....

well that's all for now folks....

the corner of my rounded off bench grinding wheel to take the meat away, then either a round 3/16" chainsaw file, 3/16" and 1/4" dremel sharpening stones then remove any burrs on the wire wheel on bench grinder....I think each fish mouth I need to do takes me bout 5 minutes from cut tube to ready for brazing ....

Had a thought...do you think it would be possible to do a fishmouth using a 3/16" end mill bit chucked into a drill press?

it would take you longer to set it up and clamp the tube in then the way I do it, kinda like bob's eyeball engineering ....looked when I was in my shed, I have a cut off wheel in one dremel with the 3 foot shaft....1/4" sharpening stone in other dremel without shaft, and use my 3.16" chain saw file to clean up joint all in bout 5 minutes as stated before ....

oh yeah the way I cut tube with dremel and cut off wheel, i'll be doing all kinds of grinding I don't ever need to clamp tube and use mini pipe cutter for a straight tube cut....

I work with the tube bout 1/4" longer then needed, then fish mouth one end to darn close to what I need....then I use a sharpy and make a dot on the side I need to trim deeper fish mouth out....try for fit and grind a bit more if needed....once I have one end done i do the same for the other end after trimming off a 1/16" more then needed that will be taken up and fit good when I make a 1/16" deep fish mouth....once you get going it flys....

well got one part order in today with my steel outputs for tranny and diff cover....

got the mounting plate for the steering bell crank brazed on and bell crank mounted....

had to make a longer center link then I made before so I could bend it to fit under the diff....

I have just bout 3/4" swing right to left with the bell crank, don't need any more since my knuckles only have 5/8" before they hit on C hubs....

counted up brake line used and I'm up to 218" of 3/16" and 53" of 1/4" = 22.5 feet so far....just waiting on my rod ends to get here so I can get my links and steering together....

well some body on shot's, see how the rear fenders fit the tube....

well bout all I have till I get some link material so I can mount the rear....

What a great build. I have wanted to do this same build but never found a frame to scale from. Looks like it might be time to save some money and make some time. Very impresive.
