| Re: Vintage R/C cars Dude i remember that truck as it was my first electric truck! Ran that sucker through snow and rain when i got the RC bug. I would take it with me to work and run down a long hallway after everyone left for the day. lots of fun but frustrating because run times were so short (running Ni-cads). That's why i jumped on the Nitro bandwagon soon after.

I'm in the process of restoring a few of my vintage Tamiya buggies. I've already restored one (my grasshopper) for my 5 yr old. I gave it to him for Christmas. I'm almost done with my Fox... and I picked up 2 Foxes this past weekend. one is MINT. the other... looked good, but it has issues... which I'll need to address. Here's a few pics... The Mint Fox (which may end up as my first shelf queen) I'll add a few more pics when I have more time. |

| Re: Vintage R/C cars If you don't want to sell just want to see what it will sell for list it on ebay with a really high reserve a few times. See what your average is. I've learned it's only worth what people are willing to pay. Can't go by these buy it now prices some people ask. They are dreaming most of the time. |

| Re: Vintage R/C cars Thanks. They are all runners and have been boxed up for awhile. Thanks, it sucks to have them in boxes and not on display. I just don't have the space. When I was a kid, those were all of the cars I dreamed about in magazines. When I got older I went on a mission to hunt them all down. They are BAD ASS to have but their are other things I want more. |
