Hey pale...maybe it was better that you have the one you purchased already..

a bird in the hand is better than 2 in the bush....

Oh and if Romulus keeps posting them damn sweet looking buggy pics i might be incline to hit "BID! BUY NOW! DO IT! DO IT! DO IT!" button on ebay....and i dont like buggies like that.

Rom...im trying to stay on that wagon!!!
The one I'm talking about was a little over $100 when I first mentioned it. It's now over $400 and has a little while to go. If it goes for over $500 I'll be surprised but i don't doubt it.

It's used but definitely wasn't abused. I got it for a steal compared to what some of them go for in way worse shape. I'm definitely a truck over buggy person but I couldn't pass it up.

Thank's. I'm not sure how I forgot about this but here is my RC10GT also. I picked it up for $10 and started tearing it down to clean it up. Motor started right up too, I ran it around the yard for a little while and the brake disk flew apart.

lilpanther....you got a good deal on a legendary truck that still has a lot of life left...the motor turns so thats a plus...and disk brakes are easy to come by.

please do right by that truck and it will do right by you.

okay now back to ebay....i thought i saw another GT....lol

I was trying to hold off till I could get my factory decal sheet reproduced but I got tired of waiting for replies so I just started cutting.

This was my first ever hobby grade RC back in the day so these cars always look awesome to me. But now I have this finished it is really up there as one of my favorite cars

That is one GREAT looking Inferno 10.

Looks fresh out of the box!

My first RC was the Losi JRXT. Awesome truck with trail link suspension. however its not something i would want to have again.

The RC10GT is a different matter...lol

Here is the latest on the GT: .18 engine and a choice of Paris pipes, 1950 chevy panel truck body.....a'la VINTAGE STYLE!!!

Wow, what an inferno.....it looks good even by today's standards. Side shot was awesome

And the perfect body for the RC10 GT.....too bad you can't make a woody out of it....where'd you get that Lobo ? If I were to put together my tin tub that would be the body of choice and some nice fat street tires...maybe a custom retro build. Something different

If i buy the Rough Rider chassis , a Blackfoot body , and Subaru Brat tires and wheels would I be fairly close ?

Ive had that body in the closet about 8 years and its still available...

Way ahead of you on the street tires. I got a set of HPI Road rage tires waiting to be mounted.

I have to trim and shape the body. its going to sit slightly lower than the chassis, unlike my past grave digger body which sat up high above the chassis.

***Not sure on the paint scheme yet...was thinking old school milk truck, lol may cow theme like early GT's.
The stilletto would fit nicely as the al650 are lil porkers. but then again its a .18 engine and might do better with the porker, lol. would love to spend a day experimenting with all three.

Great thread! Here are a couple shots from my 1984 Tamiya catalog. Tamiya had the best catalogs, made me want to own every one of their models!
