|  Motor for SC truck???
mamba monster pro set up or vxl motor 3s set up. They r both brushless set ups. Only a $5.00 difference in price. One is water proof and the other isn't. Not sure the power difference.

I have the 4 pole 3800 sct castle system in two cars. I have had good luck. Very tunable and 120 bucks.

I run a castle sidewinder sct system on 2s in my 2wd slash with 19/86 gears. My brother in law has a stampede with the same gearing and battery on a velinion system and my slash is faster.

i wouldnt waste time with vxl for bashing go castle with 3800 or 4600 kv i bought a cheap hobbyking setup to try waterproof with a 4250 4 pole motor and its been great in my 2wd sc
