Default Sand Rail/ SCORE unlimited buggy build!!!

well my sand rail chassis came intoday and i must say i'm very pleased
instead of goin sand rail i'm goin for the look of the baja class 1 style bugies
so here's a few pics

Looking good dude, I like the Nitrous bottle and fox resavoirs, those are a nice scale touch Djs rails are awesome arent they

how did you mount your rear shocks?

same with the front

i got some evader fronts in front and they won't reach the stock rusty a-arms

Here is how I mounted my rear shocks, I mounted them inboard to make get the clearance I needed with the integy piggy backs.

On the front I used progressivelyleaksout shocls...I mean progressives and I fipped the shocks upside down (actually cut down on them leaking since they through the internal shaft) so the I would have clearances for the piggy backs

O and I am taking out the 5800 system...its not fast enough. I want to do something that can handle 12 cells...I am going to do a full metal pede trans (already have cvds) so I think itll be ok.

im all over it!!!! my tubed chassis will be done this weekend and i hope to have it up on the board by sunday... its still kinda rough but once its done and painted it'll be sick!!!

do the top of the front shocks bind when the front end is compressed? it looks like it would, being as though the top screw goes side to side, and the bottom is front to back.
