a weird request

hello all, I have a bit of a weird request. I'm in need of a tow behind go pro camera boat. It needs to be very light and have very low drag as it will be towed behind a 1 meter class sail boat. i sail in lakes and ponds. sometimes the water gets a little choppy so I'm thinking wide. has anyone tried this or have any ideas what kind of hull design I can use. I'm not beyond building it my self i just don't have a clue on what materials and designs would work.

Thanks guys and gals
Jason

Foam insulation and shape it to your needs.

How about a old boogie board/kick board?

No. Closed cell foam is waterproof.

I would go for a catamaran for stability. You can carve foam billets into typical Hobie Cat shaped hulls and glass them.
