SCX tranny with all steel gears. We use TLT axles because you can use a semi axle in the rear so it's narrower. I have seen mods to scx axles but I don't care for the axle shaft mod. |

My 2wd was a termyte chassis. The 4wd was scx10 based.

eBay the first place I would check for weights. Most of the places you find on line are hard to get a response from. Termyte is great but he would rather sell builds then parts but if you build a 2wheel drive be sure and get at least chassis, gearbox and front axle. It is the best way to go and he will do the wheel base you want.

All the internals of the transmission, plus I recommend steel 32p spur and pinion.

Is a bigger truck or something small like the scx10 better for pulling? What would be the best thing that would pull some serious weight?
