T Maxx setup

So I have been playing around with a 2.5 t maxx (first nitro) It has been doing great and we have been having a lot of fun with it. My question is this......what kind of suspension setup is the best for these trucks? everything is pretty much stock. It was doing great on road at high speeds until I changed the shock oil out for 50wt, now it is squirrely and unstable at high speeds. Obviously i could change the shock oil weight back out, but if im going to go through all that again I figured I might as well do it right. What is the best of both worlds suspension wise? I want to be able to do small jumps and around the yard bashing as well as high speed runs. Im thinking Traxxas big bores but just wanted to see if there was anything better. Thanks
