I don't think that's going to happen.

It looks like a go-fast truck or maybe a new flavor of the Rock Rey.

Losi is big into big scales so it might be a 1/5th scale or 1/8th scale trophy truck. Maybe even something to compete with the Traxxas UDR.

This was my first thought too. It looks like it could be the rear lights of a trophy truck, which suggests more scale detail than we generally see from Losi. So exciting!

Well there's already the Baja Rey and the Super Baja Rey, so I would be surprised if Losi tried again. Losi has no scale crawler (Night Crawler aside) so maybe they'll finally enter the ring?

Yeah the UDR falls in between those two in terms of scale I believe.

It would be cool to see a Losi scaler, but they have Vaterra and now Axial so it would be odd IMO for Horizon to create another scaler of their own just to compete against other brands they own. But if it was in the works before they acquired Axial then anything is possible.

its funny I got my yeti like weeks before the rey series hit the market. It's spelled different but its pronounced the same as my last name
I would defect but the yeti is the exact rig that got me back into rc.

Anyway... Yeah I think its gonna be some sort of rey to rival the HPI UDR.

If this thing is just a variation of an existing chassis it will be such a let down.

got kinda defensive didn't they? i think the implication was they were going to copy THEMSELVES (by releasing a re-bodied super baja rey as a super rock rey) seems to be the most common theory. or a REALLY BIG baja rey super duper mega baja rey.

i would die if its actually called the super duper rey hahaha

Lets have some fun before they spill the beans . If you flip their teaser photo over and look where the arrow is (squint hard), it seems like the top of the tire is visible. That's a lot more tire than you'd be able to see if it had trophy truck fenders... so even though I'd prefer it was Traxxas UDR competitor, my official guess is we're looking at a Super Rock Rey.
