Just for fun. I used 2 rc4wd worminator front axles, 65T motors w/25:1 gearing. 4 cantilever shocks, mini servos for the steering, Kyosho SR plastic wheels and tracks. Holmes Hobbies crawler esc. Will get a VW bus body. |

No more pics. What do you want to know. The shocks are HPI Trophy 3.5 front shocks. Couldn't tell how long they were in the photo, so I figured I would need to do something. The servos are Hitech hs77 low profile. Waiting for more snow to see if they are strong enough. I bought a couple of Worminator front/rear axle sets for different projects. Motors are rc4wd 65T. The gearing seems to be different in each one. So swapped them all over to the 25/1 gearing. The Holmes Hobbies esc and transmitter sit in the front half of the tray, and a Turnigy Lipo 3S/4.0 amp sits in the back half. The chassis will work with either a Kyosho SR body or a Team Bluegroove bus body. |
