Default New 2wd SLash wonky steering

So i just got a new slash 2wd and it steers to the left hard out of the box, i turn the trim dial on the remote and it needs to be cranked all the way to one side to make it drive semi straight.

What could be wrong with it being new out of the box?

Thanks

Take the servo horn / servo saver off the servo, turn on and move steering trim to center, reattach servo horn while keeping wheels straight
