Default Kyosho Blizzard Dual 540 Transmission

Maybe this will be of interest to some people here?

I have made this 3D printable dual motor transmission for the Blizzard.
Both motors run the same direction, so no worries about timed motors.

I tested it with 35T brushed motors, 11T pinions and got a good blend of speed and torque for pushing snow.

It not compatible with the stock plow though, you have to remove the servo, servo mount and chrome bar pivot for the motor to fit. I couldn't find any other way. (Although you can always print my modded plow which is compatible with this kit. Just look for it in my profile on Thingiverse)

Battery tray has to be cut off from the floorpan, but a regular battery still fits although i may touch the motor but no big deal if it's a hard case battery.

Comments are welcome although you have more chance that i see it by posting them on Thingiverse than here.

Any pics of it, period? Something other than just a CAD image?

Your such a tease. We want more info. Anything to help get away from the 380 motors is a blessing.

I am quite intrigued by this, I might just print it out give it a run in my FR some day.

Thanks for sharing your design!

But does it work? I haven't seen any video on youtube nor on facebook page. I want to do it but I need proof that it actually works.

There's one pic on Thingiverse from someone who made it:
