I suppose I could run this in NPDR, but more than likely won't.

Unfortunately, that wheelbase is 0.3" too long for no-prep...at least by most club rules. As the 2WD Slash was the chassis that "started it all", that wheelbase (13.2") has, essentially, been 'defined' as the maximum allowed wheelbase length (again, by most, but not all, clubs).

Yeah, wasn't sure on the rules of NPDR. Then again this would be slow as a turd because of it's weight. Built more for "scale" driving as I call it. These bodies, are coin on ebay these days, and frail!

So I think I will flip the front end to tuck the tower under the dash more. This also frees up some room for where the battery may have to reside. Not a fan of that, wiring, rear too light, etc. I will however redesign the front tower and integrate a servo smack dab in the middle, with steering like on a stampede.

Thanks! I'm working on the MT2 as well, switching back and forth. I may even try to do a pass through diff for the RS4 housing and do a front motor. Well see

On another note. I think red would do the body justice after some sanding/gluing.
Found a 2300kv no name motor and a CC sidewinder in the spares.

New tower w/integrated servo, now needs the servo "hole" lowered by 2mm
This is still all prototype stuff printed at 10% infill, no biggie.

Rear tower consists of two pieces that I just snatched off of thingiverse.com. this is a permanent piece, printed in 40% infill. Now the shock search is on.
