I think the difference in price if really the body. I have the new Blizzard (cheaper version), and I priced out the new body with all the rails and such, it would be $80+ for that body. | |

Talked to a guy on another forum (he is a shop owner I think) that said the older version ($159 at Ultimate) will probably not be sold anymore. The new one ($209 at Ultimate) will be the only one avaialble. He also said it was a great price.

Ive been talking to a guy from making trax and he said the older ones have 5 wheels, drivewheels are better, original tracks are better on the old DXs, and the geartrain is a lil better (no clutch)

| Here is the first shot of my new blizzard, I still need to put sticker & the plastic hardware on the body. It has the stock motor in it for now, but that won't last long, it needs more speed. I think I'm putting a Mamba Max 4600kv in it. The paint is Pactra "true blue pearl" rc293 Last edited by jimbiss; 01-09-2008 at 09:56 PM. |
