comps near Wilmington ???

I will be Vacationing on Topsail Island NC ( just north of wilmington ) from july 26th until august 9th ( I live in southeastern PA ) and wondered if there are any local crawlin or comp spots, I would like to bring my Crawlers down there with me and would really like to attend a comp while I am there....Anything within a 2 hour drive would be fine.

Please let me know if there is anything going on.

Not too sure about Topsail... but Fort Fisher (down 421) has a section of the park near the ocean that has tons of large rocks and rip rap that would be good. Also, at Kure Beach there is a place call the old"Dow Chem Plant". It is an old building that has been destroyed, has tons of bricks to crawl. Thas all I am aware of around there, but I am sure there are tons of rip rap all over that area near ya I am sure with all the past Huricane damage.

hey man i live in greenville,nc but my parents are in wilmington. i am good freinds with the guys at coastal hobby in wilmington and they are slowly starting to get into crawling but they gave me a number to call, the guys name is skip and the number is 252-452-9338. apparently they have built a crawling spot around the wilmington area. if you go lemme know how it is.
