i go out to the dam at falls lake near raleigh, the neuse river also has a ton of spots, just watch out for snakes in the warmer months

The Haw River off highway 64 near Pittsboro is pretty good.

take 421 to 64 and head towards cary (away from asheboro) you will ome across the HAW River. Its pretty obvious when you do as well. There are supposed to be spots on each side of the river however me and untchabl hit the drive right before the bridge and parked in the parking area. ten you follow the trail through the woods about 100yards and there is some nice big rocks to crawl on. Hopefully we can go again on sunday and try the far side of the river to see what it has to offer.

nothing of the actual spot unfortunately.. just some poser pics on some of the rocks on the river

We will probably go to Haw River again on Sunday, like Venomous mentioned. Probably go Sunday afternoon, not sure what time though.

anyone know of anything near the high point, Archdale area...
I might think of hosting some here at the house... I'll try and put some pics up later...
