Went with 8 & 9 cause it's sooner, and will allow the option of a rain date.

Guys,
W.Pa.C. is having a Crawl 'n Camp Scale Comp the weekend of the Aug 14th.

Once all the details are firmed up, I will be posting in on RCC for anyone that is interested.

I would vote for any other weekend but those three.

First weekend: setting up for Crawl 'n Camp
Second Weekend: Event
Third: Already committed with Family

No fair me voting but figured I would post my dilemma.

Hope that some of you could make this event if it is open.

Central Ohio Point Series is on Aug 8. Since that is the last date of the series I have to attend so I can give out prizes.

So, I voted for the last option to give a free weekend for the family between the two.

What about using the BFGTG2 event for your location.

I ask because you do not have a location listed for that date, just group fav.
If the group has a batter spot than Oakes then maybe the BFGTG2 should be held there.

That is a thought. My only concern would be having to set up and run a different set of courses. otherwise we would have multi judges stepping on each others toes. I just dont want to create a cluster and make a laid back event a headache
We'll se how it plays out
For now I would rather not mix the two

What ever you decide is cool. I will not miss it no matter what. If you have the BFGTG2 on sunday can we compete in your central ohio comp on saturday if we come down early. I just like to crawl and enjoy competing in other clubs events as well. We meet alot of cool people and I like to see how other clubs do things.

Of course. But the locale hasn't be nailed down yet and might be located an hour east of Oakes in central Columbus. Or maybe we can work it so it's at Oakes. Either way, yes, you can crawl with us.
