On Saturday December 3, 2011 Central Ohio Crawlers will be hosting the second annual competition event at The Boulder House indoor rock crawling facility. Those of you who were there last year know how much fun is had, and the food is second to none. Those of you who missed Holiday Havoc I, now is your chance to share in the fun. The event will closely follow the same format as last year, with a few betterments in the scheduling.

There will be 3 courses (4min, 8 gates with possible bonuses) followed by a 10 gate finals course ran by the 10 best drivers of the day.
We will be running National Rules without the 20pt carry.

A smoked pulled pork BBQ lunch will be provided, including sides.

A 50/50 Raffle and a Poker Crawl will be held with cash pay outs.

A swap meet and what have you will also be happening, so bring your junk!

Doors open at 10am for practice
Comp starts at 12 noon.
Cost:
$20 per driver/$15 for Central Ohio Crawlers Club members
Food:
Will be available between 1:30 and 2:30. You will need to provide your own beverages.
Cash Prizes (50/50 and Poker Crawl):
Will be paid out after finals course. You must be present to claim your prize.

RSVP/Prepay

Because we are providing food, we are asking that drivers RSVP by Saturday, November 19th. We will also accept prepayment. Though not required, this will go a long way to help us prepare for this event.

For details on prepayment please PM me, EeePee. If you find out you can make it last minute, you are still welcome. We will just have to make sure those who RSVP'd get fed first and if there is enough food you will be welcome to it.
Should you RSVP and later find out you can't attend please inform us ASAP to prevent wasted funds for food.

Of the three coarses that are set up for the holiday havoc, explain more about them, trying to get some of the guys together for this, we are all first timers you could say, thank you.

They have a very nice selection of rocks, some logs,and a bridge. They set up the standard comp style courses. They have a running order. Its very easy to follow and alot of fun. LMK,we can try and do a caravan or carpool up there. The food is awesome too,but being a fat guy I'm a little biased.:mrgreen: You will meet alot of great people."thumbsup"

We watched some of the youtube pics from last years havoc, looked awsome! all the different rigs an all inside, thats pretty cool! good food is a plus for us big guys too! we will decide here soon Ill be in touch with youcarpool or caravan will work also, thank you."thumbsup"

Per the club meeting last night, the work party dates to move/rearrange the rocks will be the following:

Saturday November 12th
Saturday November 26th
Tuesday November 22nd
Tuesday November 29th

The two Tuesdays may be forgoing crawling depending on how much work gets done beforehand.

As much manpower as possible would be greatly appreciated. We would be thankful to anyone who has these dates available and can come help.

Im in the same position as last year so that means I will put this on the calender and keep and eye on it. Classes finish up right around then so I will need to get alittle closer to the date before I can commit. "thumbsup"

Nice! Since I have not been to your house, I will make it a date and see if I cant get the fun bus loaded with a few MiRCa guys and make it a trip.
