rc2008, I won't be able to make it up that way, wish I could. My oldest has a dance recital in Van Wert tomorrow (Sunday).

Just a theory, but if we could find somewhere around the Lima area. I think that would be a good middle-ground for us. I know it's a lil bit farther for you rc2008. I was thinking maybe "Teddy Bear Park"? It isn't too far from the 75/81 interchange. It's been a couple years since I've been there, but I remember it having trails to run on and possibly some water areas.

Here's a Google maps link:

i think lima would be a good place to start....im only about 45 min or so away....maybe we could meet once or twice a month and go to different spots each time so that way we dont get bored with just one place???

I'd be down for that, though I don't know many places yet. It'd be nice to find a spot that wasn't mostly flat. LOL

Just south, from Teddy Bear Park there is a walk/bikepath, it crosses a small river/creek. I'm not sure if there is anything along it that might be fun. Ultimately, we wont know what is there until we get there. lol

I'm down for Sunday, June 17th. As for time, I'm open for anything. I think teddy bear park has electricity, so if needed we can take a break to charge batteries. I only have one 5000 2s lipo, but I'm gonna try to order a few more when I get paid this week.

rc2008, are you running the wheely king in your sig?

turbomini, what type of rig do you have?

I have a SCX10, if my neighbor guy isn't able to go, I might have his Wraith at my disposal.

**I just realized that the 17th is Father's Day, maybe we should move it to the 24th???

Not sure how much you guys like to travel, but Round 2 of the Indiana TTC series is June 23rd in Marion, IN. Should check it out. Not too far of a drive.

So it looks like Sun, June 24th it is then. Now what time sounds good? I'm open to anything. My wife suggested 2pm, so everyone had a chance to eat before they arrive. But honestly, I'm open to meeting up somewhere for lunch and chatting it up before hand.

That sounds great to me, lets see what turbomini thinks, then we'll need to decide where.

rc2008, do you have any favorites in Lima?
