What's your location? If you Comp what class do you run?

Hey guys. I am in the Big Cabin area been crawling for a little over 5 years, mostly at my home course and at Disney. Started comping last year in C2. I have all new builds planned for 2017 comp season C2, C3, and 2.2 Sportsman may even pull out my C1 a time or two.

Out cralwing about every weekend.
Hopfully more comp in our area.

Oh yeah, I'm Poprivet aka Daniel Smith. I live in Terlton, but am proud to be a member of that good core group in Tulsa.

Pretty much every sunday you'll find me at Chandler park or Turkey mountain. We do make it to Disney every now and then. A group will be in Disney this sunday if my sources were correct. I will unfortunately be at my 4th dam family Christmas.

I was asked this past weekend about the same thing. The fella keep saying Crawlapalooza may not be coming back, but the more we talked he was actually meaning Rc4wd may not come back. He just got the events confused.

I hope they both are there for 2017. Fingers crossed.

Well I can say that the rc4wd event is probably out of the question due to lack of interest. But a Crawlapalooza event is not out of the question by any means. Even if KCRC doesn't participate OKRCRC can still put an event on. I'm going to be touching bases with RockedUp we can put something together I'm sure. I'm ready to get back to the comp crawling though rather than the scalers but want to incorporate both. Maybe a Friday Saturday deal or Saturday Sunday to run sclaers one day comp trucks the next. I was bummed this year never even got to really break my scalers out since it was all slammed in one day. Something will happen this year I'm sure

Well i know now for sure that Rc4wd will not be coming back. Can't say i blame them. Oklahoma really let them down on ticket sales.

I have heard the rumors about 2016 being the last year for crawl-a-palooza. I'm just letting everyone know that i am willing to sacrifice as many virgins as is necessary to make sure crawl-a-palooza stays an annual event at Disney until i am too old and decrepit to show up. Let me know what i can do to help.

Chad, i didnt know you stomped the grounds of Enid. I thought you were from kansas. I live in Terlton Oklahoma. Your gonna have to make it to Tulsa. How are the rocks out your way?

Chad I think a 2 day event like you mentioned would be great. I am starting over and going a different direction on my sporty, hope to have it near ready by the next few weeks. Can't wait to get it finished

Well once it starts warming up Okrcrc will be putting it comps back on on the second Saturday of the month unless I'm on call and I will make adjustments where necessary.

have a 2.2 pro comp but looking to pick up a scx10.2 soon and not sure what class i want to build towards was in the broken arrow area but relocated to weatherford for work so not to bad but wish there were comps closer now its tulsa or texas area

Hey Bob, I'm in the weatherford area now and there are a couple spots around here but when I go home to where I'm originally from Quartz Mt. is definitely a spot to look at possibly trying if driving down that way. Hoping to get into a couple comps this year still have my 2.2 pro comp and am picking up a new scx10 ii kit in the next couple days.
