I would think about using some other tires than the clods. Not the best. Try some Proline Moabs XL.

What is a Proline Racing Chassis?

DARKHORSE 06-24-2007 07:51 PM

What was the ebay item #, I wanna check out what you got.. And if you need help Tuffone, There are 3 of us in OKC area that would be more than willing to lend you a hand..

I also agree with Brian, The stock clod tires are not worth a damn..
And I havent ever seen a proline chassis..

bbyrd22 06-24-2007 07:57 PM

Another thing is that the 645 servos will be okay for a while, but you'll want to upgrade at some point.

Tuffone 06-24-2007 08:43 PM

The item number is 220123528624 I know that there might have been a chance I paid a little much but it is alread bought.

DARKHORSE 06-24-2007 08:47 PM

Good buy!!!"thumbsup" I think you will have plenty fun with it once you get it.. Just change the wheels and tires and it will crawl pretty well..

We are gonna have a competition on the 21st of next month at disney oklahoma if you would like to go..

Tuffone 06-24-2007 09:02 PM

****So with the MM, 35t integy, and batteries that I have ordered and the truck I have coming i should be ok. you think that I should go ahead and order the 5955 and put the HS645MG in the rear?
***That sound like a lot of fun. I would like to get my real rock crawler out there. I just put new front and rear bumper and new rocker sliders.
***Oh yeah I will change the wheels and tires too. you got an extra set you would like to sell.
***One more question what do you think about that chassis. I have tried to look it up but be unable to find it. seems ok though to me...but what do I know. lol .....thanks for all your alls help..

95MoYj 06-24-2007 09:17 PM

if you have the coin you could upgrade to a higher wind motor and maby get some 3500's? they are super cheep and last forever. Other than that I think you have it all set up. I prefer a 2.2 clod only because im the outcast of the okcrcrc club. But they are a bunch of great guys, I was about to get out of the hobbie before i met them, and Rick(of course)

DARKHORSE 06-24-2007 10:21 PM

G, I love you to adam"thumbsup"

Tuffone 06-24-2007 10:55 PM

will these fit and how much would i expect to pay for them 40-Series PROLINE Beadlock Rims w/ MOAB Tires SET of 4

Tuffone 06-24-2007 11:33 PM
