Default GTG Green/Winston 1/31/10

A bunch of Roseburg guys had a small gtg today under the overpass in green. We are planning to do the same this coming Sunday, starting around 9:30am.
Comp coarse
Scale runs
Free run area

Location: Exit 119, west on old hwy 99 to overpass, left at SW Winery lane. Park at the top of the hill.

Most of the guys will be running trail/scale rigs, so maybe 3 or 4 comp rigs including my two. The last comp coarse had 10 gates and you run for bragging rights.
Last Sunday guys showed up from as far away as Coos Bay and Myrtle Point.
All told, it was a nice time with quite a few people.
Two guys want to buy your leaf spring setup, so if you got any on hand and you come down, bring some stuff to sell.

I'm working vigorously to get at least get one scaler going, but I do have 2 comp rigs as well. PM davec if u haven't already

One great thing about the spot we are having the gtg at is, we can still run even if it rains, it's all covered by the overpass.

I know one generator will be on site, and I have a dc charger with deans and traxxas charge ends.
Your best bet would be to charge tonight.

Well, we had a pretty good turn out. Lots of fun. Great guys and gals to wheel with.

Great lookin comp and scaler rigs everyone Can't wait to visit Oregon again soon. Wish I could have made it for the event I'll be coming up there to Camas Valley again in a couple of weeks, and hope to get out and do some crawlin with everyone.

all in all a great day thanks agian for all the info i ordered my dig plate from rc bros tonight that thing is baddd arse.. great looking product can't wait to get it and install it. i will probley bug you for some help with a BEC.
