Thanks :flipoff: Too bad I didn't have either of my rigs to run :D Here's a couple of videos from today.... I have no idea what they look like as I can't view them on my crappy computer :D VIDEO #! ~ 1.1MB VIDEO #2 ~780K |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! 90Degrees, that's the Pro-Line FJ40 body with a ton of detail bits thrown onto it. Brett, I ended up with a TLT, started work on it this past weekend...I can't believe that EVERYONE and their brother is going with OD Green. That's the color I was going to use on the Power Wagon. |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! well yeah, OD is the coolest! I've loved army stuff my whole life, and have a few military trucks 1:1 scale, so that explains my obsession, right? ;) RYan |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! How topheavy is the clod bodied 6x6? Im purchasing a jugg bed to lengthen out my jugg body, and I was just curious as to how topheavy the truck might be. Anybody know how to make fender flares? |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! O.D Green is Awesome.Whats the Ramps made from? I have my TLT apart again ,It was a Tuber ,Now im going more scale. |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! i wish i had a TLT but i have a pajero wich is fun after seeing the sacle look of that landcruiser im going to fix up the pajero to look like that it has 2.2 that helps i trashed the rear ring and pinion COOL PICS AS ALWAYS TOYO |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! The Ramps just look to be aluminum sheet painted black, with holes drilled in them. I didnt even notice them until you pointed them out! |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! The clod bodied 6x6 is not super top heavy, but obviously more so than a lexan body. It drives realistically- you have to be a little careful! FENDER FLARES: I suggest you go to home depot or similar and check out the tubing section. They have a couple different 'drip irrigation' black tube types of different sizes that make good fenders. Just cut a slit along the top of the tube and slip it over the lexan wheel-well of you body. Use glue to keep it on. Ryan |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! As always the scale trucks look sweet. How do the 4-linked maxxes do, i`m thinking of getting the kit. 8) |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! How many axles are driving the 6x6? It looks like the front is being run backwards with the input pointed forewards? |
Re: ORCRC playin' 10/24/04...DIAL-UP WARNING!! all 3 axles drive on the 6x6. The front axle has a front output because the truck used to be an 8x8. :) Ryan |
