Just lookin to see if i got some fellow scalers or crawlers here in Bend.

I'm in Bend. Got a Losi MRC Pro that's pretty well built up...

there is a bunch of us that meet at sawyer park twice a month. the next time will be the 21st at noon. I have a super, bully 2.2 and a mrc. Come on down and meet everyone.

dang saw this thread to late lol or i would have come on down. whens the next meet? i go to sawyer park often

just go there every other Saterday at noon.

June 4th meet was a little quiet! Today was the nicest day we've had in months and only one other guys showed up! :shock: I heard that some folks were sick and others were out of town. Too bad they missed such a great day of crawling. Oh well I hope to see more fellow crawlers there in two weeks! I'll be out there with my Diablo and my old scaler getting dirty! :mrgreen:

thinking about heading up to mt bachlor the 16 or 17 of july anybody interested?

It looks like we will be heading up to Bachlor on the 17th. We will meet at the west side safeway betweeen 9:30 to 10:00. I will get a exact time tomorrow. Hope to see a few people there.

Check out ORCRC.com for oregon based crawlers. Its mostly portland/salem guys but there are a few from bend and southern oregon too

Hi guys. Just got my first crawler and am loving it! I went to Sawyer park and that place is awesome. When is the next rally? Where else to romp? I'm down most days so hit me up!

Welcome to crawling, tahoejedi! I have been to Sawyer a bunch but have only seen a few people crawling. Yes it is an awesome place to crawl! Some guys went up to Bachelor a couple of weeks ago but I missed that one. I think most folks have been busy with trips and BBQs during the summer. Hopefully more people will be around this fall. I might spend a couple hours there on Sunday the 28th. The 27th would be a meetup day but I will be at the Madras Airshow.

So what are you driving? :)

BTW I have heard that the North side of Pilot Butte just West of the middle school is good. I have yet to try it out though. I have played around at the little rock piles at Juniper Elementary before. The ones back in the playground area are pretty cool. Some fun short trails for scalers. "thumbsup"

I just got a wraith, loving it. Spent a bit of time at sawyer, alot of fun. Hope to see people out there soon.

We should be meeting at sawyer park this saturday at noon. I hope to be there unless something strange pops up.

Thanks! I was at the coast the last few days otherwise I would"ve been there. I've got a wraith. Coming from SC racing I liked the idea of a fast crawler. I just threw in the velineon motor and esc for kicks. I'm really liking the slow, techy stuff too. I'm racing most Saturdays so if there's a good weekday or Sunday meet, I'm in. Now I'll remember to check the forum more often.
