I am moving to Coos Bay on Monday (Oct. 14) and i was wondering if there are any people who want to do some crawling/rallying or know of some good spots. I'm down for crawling or some KOH type rallying or i can throw some paddle tires on for some sand rallying. If anyone is down hit me up.

I grew up in the Coos Bay area, there is a lot of different terrain from rocky beaches to sand dunes. My cousin and his friends live down there and have multiple courses and a some go fast tracks. Look up Northwest Nitro Trashers on facebook if you use facebook. They are all in that group and so am I. They are friendly guys with a "The more the merrier" type of attitude. I know a few of them are on RCC but they don't participate much here I don't think. If you don't use/like facebook send me a PM and I will tell my cousin to get on here and PM you, I know he is a member here. Enjoy the area, I loved it growing up.

I am in North Bend and I hear there is a group that likes to go crawling out at Shore Acres, there is plenty of cool ass moon rock type landscape out there that would be a blast, I been trying to touch base with them but no luck. I'll go by myself if it comes to it but it would be more worth while with some friends. Hit me up if any of you folks are on here.

RockBiter, go to Tom and Gigs in Coos Bay. They are very familiar with the group you are referring too, cool guys. I spent the weekend mountain biking with some of them and I am not sure how active they are in RC right now as it is summer. I think they closed the Northwest Nitro Thrashers group as it was growing to large with people who were not from the area.

Live out on Elk River. Wouldn't mind running a few packs through the Moon rocks.
