good nw tire I'm waiting for my scale rig to show up which has flat irons, I had them on my mrc and they did great after I cut some of the tread out and ran them for a long time to break in. My question is what is a good trail tire here in the NW? What is your personal favorite go to tire for comp or just fun trail riding? |
Re: good nw tire Pitbulls are always amazing, and are super popular in the NW. I've also had great luck with my FlatIrons wet or dry, I've had pretty good luck with my rc4wd Iroc's. |
Re: good nw tire I was looking in to the r35 trepadors I know the 1:1s just straight work. And did find a nice review Chino did. |
Re: good nw tire I've got what I think are r35 2.2 Treps on my wraith with a comp cut and they work pretty damn well. |
Re: good nw tire Sorry to hi jack your thread but where do you crawl in oregon. Any meets or comps around? |
Re: good nw tire I'm getting back in to the hobby, I used to live in Washington and would take my crawler to the woods on back road day trips. I live close the high rocks which I know it is/was used for comps. I'm thinking of checking out meldrum bar park there seem to be some areas for some scale fun there. |
Re: good nw tire I found 5 trepadors on walker Evans wheels for $36. |
